The treatment will be divided in to visits separated one from the other between 2 – 3 months depending on the condition of the bone available to place the implants and the strength of the bone at the time of placing the implants.
Your second visit, this visit consist of 2 days and it will be planned after 4 or 5 months since the installment of implants and temporary dentures.
At this appointment we will remove the temporary denture or prosthesis to evaluate the condition of the implants inside your bone and the tissue underneath the temporary .
At the appointment a proper clinical and radiographic evaluation of the mplants and tissue will be done. Then we will take a new digital record (Scan) of the current condition of your mouth. This with the goal of having the true final condition of your guas so we can go ahead and mill the final restoration.
After the records have been taken we will re place the temporary denture on your implants and a a 3rd and last appointment will be planned.
The 3rd and last visit consist on delivering the Final Fixed Prosthesis to the patient and adjusting the bite or gingival contour of the gum.
It also consist on giving instructions to the patient about proper maintenance of the prosthesis and what extra care can be given to the prosthesis at Home with the use of proper installments or devices.
For this visit we ask our patients to stay for about 2 – 3 days to make sure any problem can be solved before your departure.
